Merrimack Public Television Channel 22

Important Merrimack Community Channel Information:
All shows that broadcast on the Community Channel are the responsibility of the resident who submitted the program (on MiniDV, VHS or DVD formats) for broadcast. All Merrimack Community Television Resident Producers sign a "Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement". This signed document is a legal contract that protects the Town of Merrimack's employees, officers and agents from all liability, loss, or damage, including but not limited to slander, libel, defamation, copyright violation, and invasion of privacy. All of Merrimack Community (Public) Television Resident Producers are required to sign this document. This contract makes the Resident Producer 100% responsible for all content that is in their broadcast, including the possible legal consequences that could be result of their program broadcasting.

If you're offended, concerned, or simply do not agree with material broadcast on the Merrimack Community (Public) Channel, you may contact the Town of Merrimack's Cable TV Staff at (603) 423-8561 and request contact information for the local producer. You will be given their name and phone number. Merrimack's Community Channel gives residents the freedom to communicate on cable television, and all producers are protected by their first amendment right to freedom of speech.
